Registration Process: To enrol your child in our classes, parents are required to complete the registration form and make the necessary payment. Upon receiving the registration and payment, we will allocate a suitable class based on the student's level and results.
 

Enrolment Confirmation: Submission of the registration form does not guarantee enrolment in the desired class. Enrolment is subject to class availability, and we will inform you of the confirmed class allocation via email.
 

Fees: All fees are payable via

Payment: A 20% deposit of the total fee is required to secure a slot in the allocated class. The remaining payment must be settled before the commencement of the classes. The deposit collected is non-refundable and non-transferable. Upon failure of payment on due date, The Learning Thoughts shall reserve the right to release the slot to another student without prior notice.
 

Registration Fee: A one-time non-refundable and non-transferable registration fee of SGD20 will be charged. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with the enrolment process.
 

Materials: The class materials are copyrights of The Learning Thoughts and no further distribution of material is permitted without the written permission of the copyright owner. It is against of making the materials available for review by any third party for the purpose of copyright protection.
 

Class Days: Please indicate the desired class days in the application form. However, class schedules are subject to availability and may be adjusted based on the final class allocation.
 

Class Timings: Our classes will start promptly at the scheduled time. Students are encouraged to enter the virtual classroom 10 minutes before the class to ensure a smooth and timely start.
 

Online Learning Platform: We will be using the online learning platform, Classin, for the conduct of our classes. Parents will receive instructions on how to set up and access the platform upon enrolment.
 

Homework Completion: Parents are required to assist their child in completing and submitting homework assignments regularly. Consistent completion of homework is crucial for the student's progress and improvement in their academic results.
 

Withdrawal Policy: If you wish to withdraw from the class, a two weeks' notice is required. Please note that remaining fees not utilised are non-refundable.
 

Make-Up Classes: Students who are unable to attend the scheduled class or on sick leave should inform the centre prior to the class and may request for make-up classes, subject to availability. Alternatively, recorded lessons may be provided for the missed topics.
 

Public Holidays: The Learning Thoughts follows Singapore Public Holidays, and there will be no classes on those days. Students residing overseas may request make-up classes for the missed lessons.
 

Personal Data Protection: The information provided in the application form will be used solely for the purpose of enrolment and internal administration. The Learning Thoughts is committed to safeguarding your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
 

Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Learning Thoughts reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our official website or email.
